Vegan Pancakes

I’m a massive foodie and I LOVE pancakes so any new recipes I find I love to try out. I found a recipe for vegan pancakes the other week and tried out making them, they turned out a lot better than I expected and actually tasted really delicious! 

To make them you will need~

1/2 a cup of blended oats 

1/2 a cup of almond milk

1/2 a tsp of baking powder

1 banana 

Blend all the ingredients in a blender and then oil your frying pan and start cooking. I’m really not a fan of bananas so I changed the recipe and used raspberries and blackberries instead and it still worked out fine, try it out if you want a healthier option!
