For brunch me and my friends went to Jack’s Wife Freda which was delicious, and I had been so excited to try the food. After fuelling up for the morning we headed to ground zero and went into the 9/11 museum which was extremely moving and very informative, and if anyone goes to New York it is definitely worth a visit. We didn’t realise how large the museum was, so we ended up spending most of the day there. After having some food, we decided to go and visit the Museum of Metropolitan Art and see the exhibition ‘Items: Is fashion modern?’ the exhibition had some amazing pieces and it was really interesting to learn about the history of many items such as Converse All stars and the white T-Shirt. I preferred this exhibition to the one at FIT as it was larger, and I found it more interesting learning about all the different items. After the exhibition we went to Times Square for dinner and ate at Bubba Gump shrimp and enjoyed the food and company of the staff.
